Chicago's building inspectors, permit desk and health inspectors publish every violation, permit and food inspection as open data, updated daily.
Step 2
We match it to your trade
Each record is sorted into trade packs by the violation it names or the inspector's notes, so a cracked parapet reaches masons and a rodent citation reaches pest control.
Step 3
One lead per building
Everything open at an address is grouped into one lead, with the newest date first, so you never mail the same building twice.
Step 4
Who to mail
We match the address to Cook County property records to find the owner's mailing address, which is often somewhere other than the building, and tell you how sure the match is.
